Submission Guidelines
Acknowledgment:
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Initial Submission Guidelines:
- Attached the Author Profile together with the extended abstract. All authors must be listed at the time of submission. No additions are allowed after the initial submission.
- Do not include the names and affiliations of authors in the extended abstract.
- Submit the extended abstract as a Microsoft Word (docx) file.
Formatting Guidelines:
- Page Limitations: Extended abstracts should be a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 5 pages, including references.
- Paper size: A4
- Margins: Top, Bottom and Right: 2.5cm, Left: 3.0 cm.
- Font and Spacing: Use Times New Roman, 11-point font, 1.15-line spacing unless otherwise specified in the template.
- Follow the formatting guidelines outlined in the ‘Extended Abstract Template’.
- Submissions that fail to meet formatting, language, or ethical standards will be desk rejected without review. Only manuscripts that comply with submission requirements will proceed to the double-blind peer review process.
The decision of the Editorial Committee regarding the suitability of extended abstracts for publication shall be final and binding.
